  • Story: Damn! Its good to be back. For those out of my area I just recently got myself together after my horrific accident. "Flash Back" On Fri. Feb. 29th. While transporting a Patient(I'm a Paramedic by trade) there was Police raid and the guy they were chasing ran out the apt. bldg. shooting. I threw my partner on top of the patient and my self on top of her. When I notice how close the drug dealer was I pounced on him flying through the plywood covered window and falling four(4) stories down hitting two ledges on the way. I Fractured my left clavicle, seperated my left elbow, broke my right heel and totally blew my knees. There was some pretty good damage to my back; three slipped disk and a cracked cox(tailbone) and some burns from a home made bomb that did'nt go off. Some how I'm still here. Thank God...
